Let's be real: If there was a fad diet or a "miracle" supplement promising quick weight loss over the past twenty years, I've probably tried it or bought it. I've spent most of my life at war with my own body, feeling like I was constantly failing or just not "disciplined" enough.
The truth? The generalized fitness industry isn't usually built for women over 40 dealing the onset of menopause, or the realities of the hormonal changes that come with it.
I've finally found a balance that works for a woman's body in this stage of life -- and I want to hep you find yours, too! No fads, no gimmicks, just real support from someone who's still the the trenches with you. I'm a personal trainer who prefers the reality of progression over "perfection." My primary goal is to make you feel strong, capable, and confident in your own skin, while providing you with a better understanding of your overall health and wellness.
While I choose to specialize in helping women over the age of 40 navigate through the hormonal struggles and life balance, IF you're looking to push past "healthy" and go straight for "rock hard," I will tailor a plan that matches your ambition.
